Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the meeting and would like to cancel your registration you must E-mail your cancellation request to no later than October 18, 2013.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail to , and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • All refund requests must be made by the registered attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and transaction number.
