About The 2013 Southeast Regional IDeA Meeting, hosted by the Arkansas INBRE and COBREs, will be held at the
Little Rock Marriott
and the
William J. Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Arkansas November 15-17, 2013. This three-day meeting will offer presentations by NIH officials, invited speakers in different fields of biomedical research, and IDeA faculty, postdoctoral fellows and students. The thematic research areas for this meeting will focus on Bioinformatics, Cancer, Cardiovascular
Research, Cell
Signaling, Infectious Disease/Immunology and Neuroscience.

Undergraduate Student Programming
This meeting will provide specific programming opportunities that cater
directly to undergraduate students including a graduate school exposition
and career luncheon. Undergraduate presenters will also have the opportunity
to present their research in either oral or poster sessions. A select number
of undergraduate oral presentations will be included in the main sessions,
along with a separate concurrent session for undergraduate presenters only.
